I Levitra was caught shoplifting in Oregon, the police came and gave me a citation. I was charged but not fingerprinted or taken to the police station. My case was dismissed later. The store dropped the charge against me. I will be looking for a job in the Fall, so I want to expunge my record of being arrested. I want to know if I should hire a lawyer for filing the expungement or I should do it myself. Hiring a lawyer is not cheap, but the lawyer whom I worked with on my case told me that if I do it on my own, I might not file the right paper. Should I spend hundreds of dollars for the expungement? Is the process that complicated? (The process does not look that difficult on the website.)
This is my first and only one. And I read the information on the court website. I don’t know why my lawyer said the procedure can be confusing and complicated. Is he trying to make money from me?
