Anyone in Michigan know the quickest and cheap way to get a Divorce?
My friend got married at 20 and found out that was the biggest
mistake of his life. The girl cheated multiple times.
He just wants a divorce. They have been seperated for quite some time.(Not legally seperated)
There are no kids involved.
There are no owned properties.
No money issues.
He’s doesn’t want to go through a big process. This september will be a year.
He just wants a divorce asap and cheap without any attorneys.
What does he have to do?
he thought she was pregnant but she lied dats the only reason. and shes out hoeing around. He couldn’t give two F***s Levitra whithout prescription about her.

Make it look like an accident. A really bad accident.
Divorces are never asap. Apparently he did not think things through before getting married. And he married her for a reason. He needs to sit down and talk to her to get to the bottom of her cheating and explain how sacred marriage is. People now a days always want to run to divorce court instead of being adults and communicating and getting to the source of their marital problems. There is no quick fix with divorce. He needs to talk to her and try to work things out first. He married her for some reason and it was not a mistake but his own personal choice to marry her.
It has to be gone through by lawyer, few hundreds buck should do.
Ours is through a lawyer and might cost us a total of $800-1000 tops for a similar situation (without the cheating and we are being amicable-that’s important to making it quick!). You can find a decent atty that will do it for you quick in MI. Or, you can buy a kit, but you want an atty.
Go to the library and ask the reference section for the Michigan divorce book and copy the forms out of there that you will need to file. You can also pick up the book in some bookstores, which might be best since then it’ll explain how to fill the papers out. File the papers with the court, pay the fee, send the papers out, file the "proof of filing" once that’s done, then you wait around for three months. Sometime in that three months they’ll receive a summons for court for the final hearing and they’ll have to attend that. After the final hearing they’ll file the papers with the clerk and the divorce is final. There’s no reason to get an attorney if they have no assets or children involved. It’ll take three months and cost about $300 although there is a way to get those fees removed if they can’t afford them.
The fastest and cheapest way to divorce in any state is to make it an uncontested one. Uncontested divorces do not require lawyers and since all aspects are already agreed upon, it takes less time.
