In a lawsuit can a Canadian lawyer Levitra buy access someones U S income tax records to confirm their income?
It would require a U.S. court order.
No, because the only way for anyone to access tax records is through a court order by a judge in the US. With a Canadian lawsuit, that ability is not there, the plaintiff would have to sue in the US in order to access US tax records (even then, it’s not easy)
