I wonder if I need to do any legal paper work how to buy prescription drugs without a prescription on my business or just report my income on my tax return.

If you’re a business, then until you’re comfortable with what forms to fill out, what to pay and when to pay it, you’d be smart to have a lawyer or CPA work with you. The money you spend for them to help you is just ‘insurance’ for doing the right thing. Cause you know the government doesn’t like it when you don’t pay what you should!!!!
if you want acurate answers that won’t get you audited…go to a professional, instead of the teenie boppers on here just out for a thrill…
Fairly Smart is correct,
Pick up the phone and call a few CPAs and lawyers and request an initial interview. Or ask a colleague or friend who they use for business advice.
Talk to a professional to keep you out of trouble.
Maybe you could give your accountant a call, they should know all the in’s & out’s. A lawyer would charge alot for answering your questions. Not sure but is worth a try.
