Can one lawyer ask another lawyer for business through mail?

Attorney here. I’ve read my state’s (MO) ethical rules, and the model rules. It seems clear that solicitation of business from lay people is not allowed. It also seems that mailing letters to other attorneys requesting overflow or conflict work is acceptable.
Am diet pills without a prescription I correct here? Like to double check with these things.

Generally, solicitation of specific business is not acceptable (like if you heard that Mrs. Greene got in an accident and you send her a letter saying you would like to represent her), but if you are just sending out a thousand mailers saying that you do wills and probate, etc…, in most jurisdictions that is okay. It certainly is okay to request overflow from other attorneys.
