Can someone recommend a cheap attorney in NJ? For a breach of contract case? My friend in the State of New Jersey is willing to pay up to 0/hr for a competent attorney. He sells goods. A vendor paid to take over his customer list. soma online without prescription Now, the vendor is not paying. This appears to be an open and shut case. Most everything is in writing. Does anyone think my friend could act as his own attorney? or i could act as his attorney? I am a CPA & MBA & have no problem researching issues and writing reports. Thanks.

First nothing is ever an open an shut case, but in realty you will not find a lawyer to take the case for 150 hour, or at least one who knows how to get around special civil court
You can not represent your friend in court, but can you help him research? first he should go to local library find the current book on NJ court rules, need to review all steps of special civil court, then ask for NJ cause of action book, look up your cause of action , then he outlines cause with the facts follow the court rules for filing
your friend can do it
