Do I need an attorney?
I was bit by a dog in WA, which pretty much means it’s the owners fault. I have no insurance and was denied for the crime victim’s buying drugs online without prescription application for benefits because the injury wasn’t severe enough. The police thought it was severe enough to go to the ER so that’s the only reason I went. The dog broke the skin…I was bleeding. Now I have a bill for 0 from the hospital. How do I get the owner of the dog to pay it? Do i need an attorney? Is there a cheaper way? I have a police report and all his info, and to be more specific it happened in Seattle.

Small Claims Court is the way to go. There is a $25.00 filing fee (which you can recover if you win). The court handles cases up to $5,000.00. Good Luck!
u dont need an attorney in small claims court…but u can get one….have u just asked the owners to pay?
did you ask the owner of the dog for payment of the bill? if they refused then try small claims court…
or
find the dog and bit it back
There is strict liability for animals in WA regardless of whether or not they have a dangerous propensity.
What does this mean for you? An easy civil court case.
Talk to the dog owner and tell him he is responsible. Baddabing baddaboom.
$650? No, you don’t need a lawyer. If you ask them to pay, and they refuse, then you sue them in small claims court. Quick, easy, and no lawyer needed.

Nope, just a persuasive line.
