My friend is a law student who is interested in tax law, but he has an English degree or something. Could he still be successful as a tax lawyer even without a strong prescription drugs online without a prescription accounting background?

In the UK, yes. He’d need to qualify as a lawyer and then specialise in tax. Obviously being able to tell his profit and loss sheet from a purchase ledger would help immensely.
