I am getting a divorce and want to know if Cheap Viagra Online Without Prescription there is anyone out there that could write it all up besides an attorney (being they charge a lot). it is an easy divorce as far as no kids to fight over, and nothing materialistic? Is there people out there that do this kind of thing that is cheaper or does anyone have any other ideas or info to share?

You should go to the courthouse and talk to a clerk. I went there and got the papers and filled them out myself, this only works if the other person is not trying to fight the divorce. There is a filing fee and the courthouse fee, but there might be a catch, in the state of Illinois, you have to be separated for 2 years.
It’s not that expensive to get a no fault divorce. A lot of lawyers will do the work for a couple hundred bucks.
I did it myself. I went to a lawyer, got the papers and filled them out myself. We agreed upon who got what and then turned the papers back in for processing. The whole thing was $300 bucks and took three months.
Hope this helps.
paralegal, some states have kits where you fill out the paperwork yourself, but this something you want to have right the first time and not have to keep resubmitting. So at least get a paralegal.
I would say get a lawyer, its one thing to be cheap with laundry soap, just because you think there’s nothing to fight over, does not mean the other person thinks the same way or won’t change their mind.
By the way, my lawyer only charged me $1100, that was for all court fees and everything. We also had no kids and agreed property.
If you can’t afford $1100 then you have much larger issues.
You can go on-line and fill out the paperwork yourself for @ $300 or go to a para-legal for about the same.
Go to a bookstore and go to the self help section. There are books there that guide you and have the proper forms for filing for divorce on your own. My ex and I did this in Michigan. Michigan is a no-fault divorce state so it’s doable. It’s easier too if you don’t have minor children or major assets, but if you have those it can still be done.Just a bigger pain. The book was $20 and our divorce cost us $150 and no lawyer. We filed in January 2006 and the divorce was final in March 2006, 60 days later. Good luck!
Yea, I used a document prep company (http://document-do-it-yourself-service.com/) because my divorce was uncontested (we both agreed on everything). It was a lot cheaper than using a lawyer and much easier. If your divorce is uncontested you do not need a lawyer, that’s a common misconception.
