Call a local paralegal. They are about 500.00 and they can step you through everypart of the process.

You mean there are no drive through bankruptcy attorneys in Nevada yet.
Do NOT, I repeat do NOT! call a paralegal. Even the BK attorneys are having a hard time under this new law. Call an attorney. First you need to take the means test and see if you even qualify. Next, if you qualify do you meet the criteria for ch7 or ch13, and then off to credit counciling next before you can file. It is a long process, though it is worth it in the end.
Go to a paralegal instead of an attorney, they are cheaper then attorney’s. Bankruptcies are easy cheesey, you could do it yourself, it’s just a lot of paperwork to fill out. I paid my paralegal $200. It was simple and quick, no biggie.
