Does anyone know of a good tax lawyer in raleigh, nc?

Too long of a story, but we owe for 2008. We had a tax lawyer, but obviously they were not taken care order pills online without prescription of. We need someone TODAY.
If you know of a good LAWYER that handles LLC’s and LP’s (not just a CPA), please let us know! We are desperate!
You only need an attorney if you are up on criminal charges. If that’s the case, contact the local Bar Association for a referral. If you are not up on criminal charges, seek out a local CPA or EA who specializes in taxpayers with tax debt problems.
Dear R: Bostonia is right, a CPA or EA can handle it unless it’s criminal. Even better get an EA who is an NTPI Fellow. They have advanced training in audits and representation. Look under NC Society of Enrolled Agents.
