Foreign Individual/Company wanting to do business in the United States – What kind of a Lawyer to consult?

I am foreign (non-US citizen) individual wanting to do business in the United States. I wanted to consult a lawyer in the State of South Carolina (especially in the Columbia Area) regarding getting legal opinion for the same. Can someone provide pointers to the legal practice area that I should look for when I look for a lawyer? If someone can provide a contact of the laywer dealing in the specific area would be wonderful.
