How can a father get a lawyer for Family Court that will fight for him in Schtdy County, NYS, and for cheap?

This father is on a fixed income for Worker’s Compensation and makes too Generic pharmacy much money to qualify as far as the family court system is concerned. Father’s rights are being stepped on all over this state, is there anyone who is willing to fight and do it for those who can’t afford a 00 retainer?
