How do I borrow money to develop my business venture without money to hire a securities lawyer?

My credit is not good and my income picture is not great now either. However, this is a genuinely world-changing concept, and I am sincerely determined to reward any early investors for their faith or their insights (a prescription drugs without prescription rare person can recognize valuable ideas). I will not give up, and I will not wait 10 years until my credit/income picture is better.
1) Start by seeking "professionals" (businessmen and a "hungry lawyer") and convince them that your concept is world-changing.
2) The businessman is the source of venture capital.
3) For his legal work, give the lawyer a "piece of the action"
4) With your lack of credit or personal funds, borrowing money is mostly out of the question.
