How much has the availability of on-line legal forms cut into lawyer's business?

Forms buy fertility drugs without a prescription that lawyers used to charge a fortune for are now available on-line for free and people are figuring out that they don’t need a lawyer to fill them out. In fact, if you do it yourself, you are more likely to take more time and do it correctly.

Probably not much for most lawyers. Filling out and filing forms is more of a paralegal function. Giving specific advice about estate planning, knowing exactly what kind of court motion to file and when/how to file it, and other professional services are what lawyers are really paid for (and why you might want one, even if you have all the forms)
