how to change wifes philippine birth certificate?

my wifes birth certificate says her gender is male, but obviously she is female she is pregnant with our child. how can we fix this Viagra Without Prescription fast and cheap. we consulted an attorney and they said it takes 6 months to correct and also 50,000 peso. is there another way?
Clearly that is a typographical error and can be changed/amended at the city/municipal registrar where your wife was born. I am surprised that it is only now that this issue is being addressed.
Go and inquire from the Local Civil Registrar in the City/Municipality where your wife was born.
