How to get a cheap lawyer or one who takes payments? Tried legal aide I dont qualify.?

In the court papers I was to have visitation with my daughter on Chtristmas. He verbally agreed to 11 am but the papers dont say a time so he didnt show up and I called the police but without a time emphazised the police couldnt do anything. He called the cop back after the he was done with his families holiday celebration and then he lied to the cop saying that we agreed on 8 pm. I got Buy Xenical pills her back at 6 PM after christmas dinner was cold and I spent the whole day crying. I need to get a lawyer but its hard when I pay child support. I had legal aide for the divorce and thats probablly how I lost custody in the first place. How do I get a cheap lawyer or one who takes payments?

Actually, I would suggest you try to find one who will charge a flat fee to do a modification. That way you can pay him/her installments until you have paid the full fee. then file and do the modification.
Your new atty should go through your decree with a fine tooth comb, and recommend or suggest other changes, too. Likely if they didn’t spell out time frames in the divorce, they missed other items too.

Um, every lawyer ive ever had takes payments, so i dont understand why this would be a problem.
Instead of looking for a "cheap lawyer" you need to find the best lawyer you feel you can afford. Although there are exceptions, in most cases you get what you pay for. If you want a cheap lawyer, you’ll likely get corresponding representation.
Call the Universities in your city and ask to speak with a law professor,or someone that can help you get a, pro bono, that means free, attorney.
If there is more than one University in your city, go to as many as there are, until you get the assistance you need.

I truely am sorry to hear about your situation, BUT honestly I do not hear anything in your post that could be fixed by a cheap or even an expensive lawyer.
The terms, or lack of terms, in the court papers are pretty much cast in stone without very, very good reasons to change them. Some good reasons are things like a significant change in lifestyle or job. When you got your divorce you agreed to the terms in the court papers — yes it may be true that your lawyer may not have been the best in negotiating the terms. BUT the court puts the responsibility on you to read, know, and make changes to the terms before the divorce is final.
Calling the cops will not resolve this. You and your ex are putting the cops in the middle of a he said/she said incident, no one is going to win, especially the child who sees you being upset and her father fighting with you. You need to get control of your emotions and put up a good front for your child. Dinner can be re-warmed. Instead of speading the day crying, concentrate on making this day special fo your child.
As for wanting a cheap lawyer, I would think that since you got burned by one cheap lawyer you would not want to go down that road again. You need a good lawyer. When you put price as number one, you get what you pay for. There are lawyers who will take time payments, you need to look for one.
Before you start thinking about payments, you need to find out if a lawyer can even help you. So, your first step is to find a GOOD lawyer who will review what divorce documents you have and determine IF you can do anything. That may be accomplished in one or two meetings. That lawyer can advise you as to what can be done, if anything. Yes the lawyer will charge for this, find out in advance what the cost of a meeting is and if you can make payments or put it on a credit card.
In the meantime, while you are looking for a good lawyer, you need to live within the restrictions of the divorce papers. The cops cannot help you, unless your ex commits a criminal act.

or contact some one who.. knows someone with a inside contact.. it is not easy…
or have money…
