I am not going to the phone prescription drugs without a prescription online book, I need a good one who knows non-profit organiztion loops and laws, so I don’t get shafted. Anything is apprectiated…
Talk to some of the other business owners in your area. Find out who they use and if they would recommend their lawyers.

Bar Association may be your best start. Do you know any orgainzations in your area that you can call and get their advice. Do you have legal aid in your area? Word of mouth is the greatest way you can feel safe
