If I hired a lawyer/attorney for my adult business how would he charge me?

Would it be by the day or by the hour? I have no idea about that, and not just and adult entertainment lawyer but any lawyer in general.
I’m not asking for a price range I’m just asking how I would buy antibiotics online no prescription be charged..

First let me say any attorney who charges you in 15 minute increments is an attorney you do not EVER want to deal with. Attorneys charge in 1 of 2 ways. By the hour or a flat rate. So lets say you want the attorney to draw up whatever contracts he/she would charge you a flat rate of lets say 10K. During this time while he/she is drawing up the contracts you decide something else needs to be done. They will either charge you another flat rate OR now by the hour for the additional work. Lets say you want to keep this same attorney for any future legal advisement. It is only at this time the attorney would charge you in 15 minute increments and this may be a separate contract depending on the attorney and/or firm. I suggest any attorney you select to make sure if you will be using him/her for future legal counsel to solicit any legal advice a contract should be drawn and this contract is free of charge.
Lawyers typically charge 2 different ways.
1. per hour usually billed in 15 minute increments
2. monthly fee – you pay them a set number of dollars per month and they are available to provide you X number of hours per month of work. The rate per hour would be less than if you bought the hours "per hour" (maybe $150 instead of $250 or something like that). If you go under, you don’t get anything back. If you go over, you typically will continue to get a reduced rate (based on this scenario $200 an hour – cheaper than the per hour amount but more than the monthly rate).
