if i wanted to sue a business for giving out my personal info. what type of lawyer would i contact?

well a business buying drugs online gave my personal info like my ssn and address and stuff. i want to sue them but i don’t know what type of lawyer i should be looking for.
A consumer protection lawyer.
PS–Both nmwoman’s answers are flat out and horribly wrong. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (which gives you your claim) does not require actual damages. It allows statutory and punitive damages. And a "business lawyer" doesn’t even handle litigation, much less consumer cases.
You can only sue if you suffered some damage from this. A business lawyer could help.
