how do you make online pharmacy no prescription needed sure you got all of your different stuff in order before you open a business

You could try to get the list of all the business requirements in your municipal and you could also inquire there on where you need to secure those documents. Basically you could get a lot of help from the internet… Try http://www.ms-small-businesses.com, this one has helped me a lot in my business endeavor.
Get a lawyer if you need advice on the form your biz should take (sole proprietorship, corporation, LLC, etc), permits and licenses, taxes, regulations regarding employees, and more. Some of this you can research yourself, but it takes time, smarts, some biz experience, etc. Permits and such can get complicated, especially if you need to collect sales tax in your state for your type of biz. The lawyer route is more costly, but more accurate, faster, more efficient than the do-it-yourself route. Of course, getting a lawyer to prevent mistakes is always a great deal cheaper than making a mistake and having to fix it!
It boils down to how much you know, and how complicated your situation is.
