That’s the argument named after section 861 of Title 26.
It covers foreign income and what is taxable if you have foreign and domestic income.

That’s a good question. According to his emails Oct 20th is his case and it’s scheduled for 3 days. It is his criminal willfull failure to file case. also, have you read Dave Champions website, originalintentdotorg? I would be curious to get your read on that line of thinking aswell.

I just looked at some of his tax protesting stuff. His claims go against logic and well settled law. It’s like he’s playing connect-the-dots, but with no numbers.
Since you use the exact same wording and diction as others I have debated on here, I suggest you just look back over the past posts and find the answer to the same questions that have already been asked and answered..

I know that there is no difference, as the 14th Amendment is the only definition of a Citizen in the Constitution.
