revolutionmarch.com – March on Washington on JULY 12th for FREEDOM I created this video to create awareness of the march on Washington, DC on JULY 12 and also to spread the truth about our income tax laws. There are MANY people that feel America is (and has been for some time) headed in the wrong direction, violating our inherent and inalienable rights, and veering far from its Constitutional limitations. I urge where to buy prescription drugs without prescription everyone to post truthful and informative videos with real issues about what is …

LOL!!
I guess you can’t read, either.
It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one’s mouth and remove all doubt. Abraham Lincoln. Squid, obviously you have never heard this before. What you just said about the 16th Amendment shows the depth of your ignorance and the lengths you will go to display it. You are a clueless fool squid. The IRS love people like you. But then all parasites love a willing host.
LOL!!!!
That is EXACTLY what the 16th says, goofball!!
The provisions of the Sixteenth Amendment conferred no new power of taxation .
United States Supreme Court, Stanton v. Baltic Mining Co. 240 U.S.103
The Sixteenth Amendment accomplished nothing more dramatic than closing a minor loophole “discovered” by the Supreme Court in the case of Pollock v. Farmer’s Loan & Trust which prevented the application of the already 51-year-old “income” tax to dividends otherwise qualifying as taxable, due to their being derived from personally-owned stock
The Sixteenth Amendment, although referred to in argument, has no real bearing and may be put out of view. As pointed out in recent decisions, it does not extend the taxing power to new or excepted subjects…
United States Supreme Court, Peck v. Lowe, 247 U.S. 165 (1918)
Squid, why do you feel compelled to display your ignorance every chance you get? Do some research, you are embarrassing yourself terribly, as you always do, and you don’t even realize it. You MUST be a parasite IRS agent, your IQ is low enough.
“The Sixteenth Amendment declares that Congress shall have power to levy and collect taxes on income, ‘from whatever source derived’ without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration. It was not the purpose or the effect of that amendment to bring any new subject within the taxing power. CONGRESS ALREADY HAD THE POWER TO TAX ALL INCOMES.”
Bowers, Collector v. Kerbaugh-Empire Co
“That the authority conferred upon Congress…[is] EXHAUSTIVE AND EMBRACES EVERY CONCEIVABLE POWER OF TAXATION has never been questioned, or, if it has, has been so often authoritatively declared as to render it necessary only to state the doctrine. And it has also never been questioned from the foundation… that there was authority given, as the part was included in the whole, to lay and collect income taxes.
BRUSHABER v. UPRR
The purpose was not to change the existing interpretation except to the extent necessary to accomplish the result intended; that is, the prevention of the resort to the sources from which a taxed income was derived in order to cause a direct tax on the income to be a direct tax on the source itself, and thereby to take an income tax out of the class of excises, duties, and imposts, and place it in the class of direct taxes.
Brushaber v. UPRR Company
Try reading the rest of the cse:
the conclusion is unavoidable that the net income from the venture when completed, that is to say, after the exportation and sale are fully consummated, is likewise subject to taxation under general laws. In that respect the status of the income is not different from that of the exported articles prior to the exportation.
For these reasons we hold that the objection urged against the tax is not well grounded.
Another ‘win’ for income tax.
to new or excepted subjects, but merely removes all occasion, which otherwise might exist, for an apportionment among the states of taxes laid on income, whether it be derived from one source or another.
William E. Peck & Co. v. Lowe, 247 U.S. 165, 173 (1918).
WHACK!!!
“your IQ is low enough.’
You can’t win on logic or truth, so you must resort to just name calling.
How about you actually put up an argument I can’t destroy in seconds?
Lawblaa Lawblaa double speak When “The $y$tem”converts to worldwide ALL “laws” will be changed anyway, there will be no constitution .The “laws will not favor the people. The corrupt and vile “federal”re$ERVE bea$t will be eaten up.Resistance is the only option.
Also, what is the difference between a sinning sinner and a sinning “christian” ?(NUN as in none) Repent means ? and what is a hypocrite ? Actually this has alot to do with intent and the way “laws” are written to either control or manipulate.
People, what everyone needs to do is learn EXACTLY what the code says, and this is very important, HOW it says it. The code IS constitutional, yet taxing your private sector, unprivileged receipts is not. So, how can this be? You have told, and have allowed others to tell, the Gov. your pay IS taxable so they tax you. How the hell did I do that you say? Find out the way I did. Google CRACKING THE CODE by Peter Hendrickson. Go to his website and start reading. Wake-up from the Matrix people.
“Peter Hendrickson’
You do know that no one has ever won a court case using his ideas, don’t you?
His book and ideas are factually and legally wrong.
A “sinning sinner” has no claim to any defense when they stand before God.
A Christian shouldn’t BE sinning but has Christ as the Perfect defense before God.
“”laws” are written to either control or manipulate.”
Of course, that IS their purpose.
Lets see. over 10 MILLION in refunds. I would say thats winning. Look people this squid as IS AN IRS PARASITE. That has become very clear.
“10 MILLION in refunds”
Only if you count all of the fraudulant returns that people were fooled into submitting by Pete.
They WILL have to pay that money back, you know?
“this squid”
Sticks and Stones.
A true christian does not commit sin .That is what makes one a christian. But every living humanbeing no matter what, has been given “God given rights”Which no “law” can control. All depends on proper “law” writing, the agenda and the intent behind it.The “income”tax law $y$tem is corrupt.
Google Tom Cryer. Kicked the IRS in the ass in 2007. Based on the court transcripts it sounds EXACTLY like what is in CRACKING THE CODE.
And.. LOL… Oh so the IRS made a mistake in giving back almost 11MILLION in refunds? Is that what you are saying RATsquid? Squid, answer this. ARE YOU WITH THE IRS? Are you one of it’s PARASITES?
“makes one a christian”
Obviously you are not one, to be a Christian means to follow Christ as best you can, absolutely no one commits zero sins.
“IRS in the ass in 2007″
He proved that he didn’t ‘willfully’ break the tax laws.
the IRS has determined that Cryer owes $848,806.00 in federal income tax, $615,384.37 in section 6651(f) penalties for fraudulently failing to file tax returns, $212,201.50 in section 6651(a)(2) penalties for failing to pay the taxes when due, and $43,044.84 in section 6654 penalties for failure to pay estimated taxes, for a total of $1,719,436.71 in tax and penalties.
“$11 MILLION in refunds”
If you fill out the forms and claim a refund saying you had no income, they will send you money, when they find out you lied, they WILL get it back.
Only True Christians commit zero sin that is what makes one a christian. You may ask what does this have to do with “income” taxes ?EVERYTHING.
