Is it true, my lawyer and quite a few other people told me that no one has to pay federal tax in usa.true?

I want to here form people that have heard of this and people who dont pay federal tax and get away with it.

If it were me, I would get a new lawyer.
the only people who dont pay tax is high paid lawyers and high ranking officals in US offices and they just take our tax dollars and get away with it.

Your lawyer is a complete hypocrite. He pays taxes yet is spreading these lies. And he does pay his taxes, otherwise he’s be in jail.
If nobody paid taxes, how would the government have money for basic social services, for social security, etc?

The people that say that there is no law require us to pay income taxes are called “tax protesters”. The IRS calls them “tax deniers” as they deny the existence (for multiple reasons) of the income tax. Theories among the tax protesters vary but they all have one thing in common. Not one of them has ever been victorious in court and gotten out of paying their taxes. A few of them have beaten criminal charges by basically saying that they are too stupid to understand the rules but they always end up paying.
File your returns and pay your taxes. You will be much happier in the long run. Tax protesters tend to end up broke and alone. Sometimes, they end up in prison.
You may want to think about getting a new lawyer.
