limited partnership, do you register the business first or go to a lawyer first?

just wondering if you have to register a business before Buy Propecia you do the legal process.

Why do you need a lawyer? I set up my Limited Liability Partnership same as I would a sole propietor. Just got a Fictious business name (DBA) and registered it with the county recorder.
