my friend owns a business and she and her family want to make some changes of signatures and stuff of that nature. They need a lawyer to help them make online prescription drugs without a prescription those changes. How do I find that type of lawyer?
Your friend needs a business law attorney. If you look in your local phone book under the yellow pages, you can look for listings that advertise "Business Law and Tax" along with Corporate Formation. But, you could call all the attorneys in your yellow pages and ask if they perform this type of service, and imagine most of them would say they do. If in doubt, you can call a CPA and ask who they would recommend.
Look for a lawyer that specializes in Business Law. Also look in the blue pages of your phone book and look for the nearest office of Internal Revenue Service – Taxpayer Assistance Division. They can help you with the changes for tax purposes,and they might even have free literature on the subject.
