Online service/lawyer to hold signed profit share agreement with a business partner. and possible LLC.?

I heard that if you’re making an agreement with a partner in business,
you need to sign the Propecia Online document prepared by an lawyer, and sign that document infront of a lawyer.
But what if your friends are in a different country? Is there a way to do this whole ’signing infront of a lawyer’ thing done online? Is there a online service in which they hold your documents to be later used in court if there is a problem?

The short answer is no. What you need is a nice safe traditional way that is legally acceptable.
The best solution is for one of you to sign the document in front of a notary (or the local equivalent) and then mail it to the other party who will also sign it in front of a notary (or local equivalent).
That way both parties will have signed the same document and both signatures will have been attested to by a legally recognized authority.
This will protect both of you.
