Should I hire a defense lawyer if case will be hard to win?

It is a very small disturbing the peace charge. Id hate to drag this out longer than it should have been. Plus i dont have the $ to waste on attorney if i lose. If found guilty im going to man up to consuquences but need to knw if good or bad idea to hire attorney. Once Levitra cheap again case may be hard to win.

You don’t know if the case is hard to win, because you are not an attorney!

consult legal aide find out how bad it could be then make informed decision. many attorneys also offer free or low cost consults. also u can get get public defender
disturbing the peace charge is a petty thing, I doubt this will ever reach the court unless you were inciting to riot and a lot of police responded and there was a large crowd to begin with, no court is going to waste there time with this, this is like peeing in public or spitting on the sidewalk, it’s BS, just pay the fine if there is one and when you face the judge act human not like an a**hole
