What is most difficult part of filling out 1040 tax form ?

Please share your views about why the 1040 form required for US wage earners is so damm difficult to fill out, are Americans just not educated enough to figure it out, are the tax laws just too complex, is the system rigged for the benefit of tax lawyers and CPA’s? Do you ever wonder if some bigwig in government is just sitting in his chair laughing HAO at the average joe or jill trying to make heads or tails of our tax system? Any comments pills online without prescription are welcome.

What makes the personal tax return difficult to fill out is the “simplification” of the tax code. In 1986, when the tax code was simplified, I think it went from just a few hundred pages to over 2,500 pages. Along with this “simplification”, several above the line deductions and below the line credits were created to benefit us average Joes.
Is the system rigged for the benefit of tax lawyers and CPA’s? No. If we want to attend the same CPE classes (ranging from $200 to $600 per person for just an 8 hour class), purchase the same top-of-the-line tax software, such as CCH, that costs several thousands of dollars and has an extensive diagnostics program that lets you know when something should be considered (Turbo Tax and TaxCut can only dream of having that), then we could do that. Or, we could pay the CPA a small amount, such as $300, and have the assurance that our return is done accurately, and if we are ever audited by the IRS, our CPA will represent us (some nation-wide preparers claim to do the same, but good luck contacting H&R Block or Jackson-Hewitt after tax season). A lot of CPA firms even offer that if a return was filed in error and it was the CPA’s fault, they will pay the penalty for you.
You darn right its rigged to be difficult. made hard to keep up with… that is why changes come every yrear… just like it would be rigged to get all america on drugs of some sort to satisfy the pharmaceutical commpany the same people who put bush in office… H and R block was a supporter of bush presidency..Yes republican will kill off a million to get us to obey there politics be it war related defence ie…. twin towers. Or population control help by the phamaceutical bird flu … they have no respect for their countrymen lives only love money and control They will kill off the 50 yrs and older frist in order to save social security…and then the minorities of ameirca.. pay your taxes and shut up !
