Are you looking to incorporate or deal with corporate issues? If so, two suggestions: Ask your friends and business associates for referrals; call you local bar association for name/# of attorneys who handle your particular need. The best, in my opinion, is a referral
Call your friends and family and ask them for a contact to any attorney and then ask that attorney for a referral to an attorney for that type of issue.
I would check with your CPA if you have one. They always know good lawyers.
