If you were terminated due to discrimination based on gender, age or race then you would contact the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission).
Most states are "at will" so employers can fire you for no reason at all.
File for unemployment. You will receive it unless you were terminated for poor performance or theft or some gross misconduct.
