   I don’t know about the 200 thousand a year….I think more around 100 thousand a year. The salary depends on where you live, job experience, and the type of field. Currently in 2007 the average for a corporate attorney is at 100 to 120 thousand a year.

   In May 2004, the median annual earnings of all lawyers were $94,930. The middle half of the occupation earned between $64,620 and $143,620.
