What kind of lawyer do I need and where can I find one cheap?

I was pulled over and arrested for driving on a suspended license that I did not know was suspended. I did not pay Alli Online on a court ordered judgment that I was not aware of and because I did not pay it my drivers license was suspended. I need to get this resolved so I would like to know what kind of lawyer I need and where I can find one for a reasonable price in or around Greenville, Texas
Ask the bar association for a specialist. Then save your pennies to pay $10K.
Good luck…you can hire a lawyer but you didn’t do anything that was asked of you…you not knowing is your fault. Pay up and take care of it yourself…hiring a lawyer you are going to have to pay him/her and still have to pay up on every thing that you failed er forgot er didn’t know…
Well, any general lawyer will help, but it’s going to be EXPENSIVE. Count on at least $150 an hour.
See, "I didn’t know my license was suspended" is not a valid defense.
"I didn’t pay a judgement because I didn’t know about it" is also not a valid defense.
So you’ve got a losing arguement here. But maybe you’ll find a lawyer to handle it for you, for a flat $500 or so. But just as likely, they won’t be able to do anything for you, that you couldn’t do yourself.
