Some one advised me that you could go to court and they cheap prescription drugs without prescription have a particular department which guides you through the filing process at a very low cost. But cheap isn’t always the best but I also contacted several attorneys and the going price is ,500 or so. Any advice?

Contact your local city or county legal aid and see if they offer bankruptcy filing at a lower cost. I have heard of people getting in over their heads filing bankruptcies on their own without legal help(so be prepared to read alot and put alot of time into if you do it yourself). Also, where I live there is a place called Legal Docs LLC and they will prepare the papers and so forth for you but you represent yourself in court, if you could find something like that it is not as expensive.
Advice? Um, don’t do it.
1500 sounds about right. I know 2-3 people that have down it for around 2-3k.
if i leaned any thing from answers it is you need a lawyer and yes under 2K is cheap == just think of it this way — it just adds to the bills!!!
