Just start calling them and asking them how much they would charge to represent you. And tell them that you have proof of her infidelity, and when you file, ask the courts for HER to pay your legal bills. If you can get that "friend" of hers to give a deposition telling what she knows, you might get the courts to make her pay for YOUR attorney.
